PM Modi Attends Wedding of Manpreet Badal’s Daughter Rhea in Delhi; Blesses Newlyweds

New Delhi, November 3, 2026: Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended the wedding ceremony of Rhea, daughter of former Punjab Finance Minister and senior BJP leader Manpreet Singh Badal, in New Delhi on Tuesday. The Prime Minister blessed the newlywed couple and extended his warm wishes to them on the occasion.
Rhea Badal tied the knot with R.K. Martand Singh, grandson of veteran Congress leader and former Union Minister Dr. Karan Singh. Martand Singh is the son of Vikramaditya Singh.
The wedding brought together two prominent political families, attracting considerable attention in political and social circles.
Manpreet Singh Badal, who is currently the National Vice-President of the BJP, had earlier met Prime Minister Modi along with his family to personally invite him to the wedding
Punjab BJP president Kewal Dhillon also shared pics after attending the reception.
The high-profile wedding has also drawn attention amid renewed discussions about a possible reunion between the BJP and Shiromani Akali Dal ahead of the 2027 Punjab Assembly elections. Several senior BJP and Akali Dal leaders attended the Delhi reception.
