KONT PALLI ( Mahendragargh) February 25, 2020: To celebrate the Eleventh Foundation Day, a two-day Cultural program ‘Spandan 2020’ started in absolute bloom at Central University of Haryana, Mahendergarh. Prof.R.C.Kuhad, the Vice-Chancellor of the University, presented the particulars pertaining to the University’s glorious progress in the previous five years.
In his Welcome Address, he presented the progress report of the University and how the University has set records in the development of resources, areas of research and education. Students from 27 States and Union Territories are studying in the campus, says the Vice-Chancellor, and about 47.5% are from other states of the nation.
The University highly promotes ‘Beti Bachao, BetiPadao’and almost 38% female candidates are enrolled in the campus. The University Enrolment is on a gradual increase with the development of resources and facilities. Students, as well as teachers, are moving ahead in accomplishments.
Almost 160 research publications and 3 patents have been enrolled by the university teachers. Besides, CUH is ahead of many Educational institutions in running GIAN Courses. The redemption of the University’s newsletter was also done by the present Guests on this occasion.
The Chief Guest of the program, Kulbir Chhikara, Member, Haryana Public Service Commission said that he is very happy to see the progress of Haryana Central University under the visionary leadership of Prof. Kuhad. He also advised the students to pay attention to equal to study and extracurricular activities. Besides, Mahesh Joshi, Social Worker; Dr. O.PYadav, Rao Bahadur Singh, SatyavartShastri and Anil Kaushiketc. were also present.
