Meritorious School organises inspiring session with Dr Saifi; 60 students honoured for excellence
Ferozepur, December 8, 2025: A highly engaging educational seminar was organized at Saragarhi Memorial Meritorious School, Hakumat Singh Wala, Ferozepur, under the leadership of the school’s Principal and Deputy District Education Officer, Dr Satinder Singh. The highlight of the event was an interactive session with renowned literary figure and education expert, Dr Davinder Saifi.

The seminar aimed to enlighten students about the importance of education, stress-free preparation for competitive exams, and the need to stay connected with nature to maintain balance and peace in today’s competitive environment. Vice Principal Sukirti Sharma and the school staff formally welcomed the guests.
In his keynote address, Dr Saifi motivated students with impactful examples, emphasizing hard work as the key to achieving life’s goals. He encouraged them through literary references and inspired them to adopt courage, determination, and dedication in their journey. His poetry based on the life of Guru Gobind Singh Ji—a tribute to the four Sahibzadas, Mata Gujri Ji, and Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji—left a deep impression on the students.
On this occasion, Dr Satinder Singh honoured more than 60 academically outstanding students by presenting them with educational material. He added that such efforts, including continuous distribution of books and stationery, would continue to inspire students and boost their enthusiasm.
The stage was efficiently conducted by Lecturer Navjot Kaur. Lecturers Ginny Bansal and Sakshi Sehgal also shared motivational thoughts with the students. The event concluded with the principal and staff presenting a memento to Dr Saifi and expressing gratitude, along with hopes of hosting him again in the future.
