  Chandigarh, May 3, 2025:In a significant reshuffle of senior police officers in Punjab, Varinder Kumar, 1993-batch IPS officer who was awaiting posting, has been appointed as Special DGP, Punjab State Human Rights Commission, Chandigarh, against a vacant post.
