In preparation, students from all 117 constituencies of Punjab arrived at the Vidhan Sabha today for rehearsal and training.
Sandhwan said this is the first initiative of its kind, aimed at fostering political awareness among students and inspiring future leadership. Students will gain hands-on experience of legislative procedures, constitutional values, and the functioning of the Assembly.
The Speaker informed that only Class 11 and 12 students from government schools are participating. These students will represent their respective MLAs and Ministers during the mock session.
