Navjot Kaur Sidhu responds to MP Sukhjinder Randhawa’s legal notice, says I stand my every word

Chandigarh, December 10, 2025: Former Punjab legislator Navjot Kaur Sidhu has strongly rebutted the legal notice sent to her by Congress MP Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa, terming it “without merit” and asserting that she stands by every word she has spoken.
In her response, Kaur said she will not be intimidated by legal threats and made it clear that if Randhawa fails to withdraw his notice, she is prepared to pursue legal action against him.
Navjot Kaur maintained that her statements were well within her constitutional right to freedom of speech, adding that her comments were based on information already reported in the media.
She reiterated that she has merely highlighted issues of public interest and that no part of her statement violates the law.
