MLA Dr. Sukhwinder Kumar Sukhi bereaved, father Chaudhary Ram Kishan passes away

Banga, January 20, 2026:Banga MLA Dr. Sukhwinder Sukhi’s father, Chaudhary Ram Kishan, passed away on Tuesday after a prolonged illness. The last rites will be performed on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at 12:00 noon at Sach Ghar, Banga Road, Nawanshahr.
Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Tuesday expressed deep sorrow over the demise of the father of MLA Dr. Sukhwinder Kumar Sukhi from the Banga Assembly constituency.
In his condolence message, the Chief Minister said that he was saddened to learn about the passing away of Dr. Sukhi’s father. He extended his heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family in this hour of grief.
Praying for the departed soul, CM Mann said, “May God grant eternal peace to the departed soul and give strength to the family to bear this irreparable loss.”
