  Chandigarh, January 26, 2026:The Punjab government has announced a holiday in all schools across the state on January 27. Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann unfurled the national flag at a state-level Republic Day function held in Hoshiarpur on Monday.
  
  While addressing the gathering on the occasion of Republic Day, he made the announcement.
