  Chandigarh, January 27, 2026: Officers and Clerks of Banking sector are on strike today January 27. They are demanding five day week working since long time and today’s strike is on the same issue. State Bank of India officer and Officer Union leader Rajiv Sirhindi disclosed that banking staff will hold a dharna today in Patiala in front of SBI head office near Sheranwala Gate in Patiala.Private banks supposed to function in a normal way.
