Dr Daljit Singh Guru appointed as SAD Halka in-charge for Bhucho Assembly Constituency

Chandigarh, February 9, 2026: Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) president Sukhbir Singh Badal on Monday announced the appointment of Dr Daljit Singh Guru as the party’s Halka Incharge for the Bhucho Assembly Constituency.
Sharing the announcement on social media platform X, Badal described Dr Guru as a young, energetic and dedicated veterinary doctor who has earned widespread respect through his selfless social service and commitment to the people.
Expressing confidence in the new appointment, the SAD president said Dr Guru would work tirelessly to strengthen the party’s grassroots presence and organisational base in Bhucho.
