  Chandigarh, February 23, 2026: The Punjab government has completed preparations for presenting the Budget for the upcoming financial year, with Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann officially announcing the schedule of the Budget Session of the Punjab Legislative Assembly.
  
  According to the announcement, the Budget Session will commence on March 6, 2026, and continue until March 16, 2026.
  
  During this period, the House will deliberate on key financial proposals and policy matters concerning the state.
