Trials for Mansa under-23 cricket team scheduled for this date

Bathinda (Punjab): Trials to select the Mansa District Under-23 cricket team for the upcoming Punjab State Inter-District Under-23 Multi-Day and One Day Limited Overs tournaments for the 2026–27 season will be held on March 17.
The trials are being conducted under the supervision of the Punjab Cricket Association (PCA). According to officials, the selection trials will take place at 10:30 AM at Cops Club Ground, Police Lines, Police Public School, Bathinda, located opposite Civil Hospital, Bathinda.
The selected players will represent Mansa district in the Punjab State Inter-District Under-23 competitions organised by the association during the 2026–27 cricket season.
Officials stated that players residing in Mansa district, those born on or after September 1, 2003, or students who have been studying in the district for at least one year prior to the tournament are eligible to participate in the trials.
Players appearing for the trials have been asked to bring original documents for verification. These include a passport or voter card, a digital birth certificate, and the 2025–26 marksheet. Authorities clarified that candidates from open schools will not be considered eligible.
In addition, participants must carry a school bonafide certificate for the current season (2026–27), one recent passport-size photograph, and a set of photocopies of all the required documents.
The PCA Sub-Committee for District Mansa has advised all interested players to reach the venue well before the scheduled time to complete registration and document verification smoothly.
The trials are expected to draw young cricketing talent from across the district aiming to secure a place in the Mansa Under-23 squad for the state-level tournaments.
