Trident Group launches ‘Takshashila 2026’, Offers 2000+ opportunities to skilled professionals

Chandigarh, April 6, 2026: Trident Group India has announced the launch of Takshashila 2026, marking 25 years of its initiative aimed at empowering young talent through its “Earn. Learn. Grow.” philosophy.
Over the years, the Takshashila initiative has impacted more than 30,000 families, contributing significantly to skill development and employment generation in the country.
With the latest edition, Takshashila 2026 aims to further expand opportunities within India’s industrial ecosystem by offering over 2,000 job openings across multiple functions.
The program is targeted at professionals with at least three years of experience in manufacturing setups.
According to the company, the initiative is designed to provide stable earning opportunities, hands-on learning, and continuous career growth. Selected candidates can expect compensation starting from ₹12 lakh per annum, along with performance-based incentives.
