‘From Clean Air to Smart Living’: Forbes Global to Host Investor Conference in Chandigarh on April 11 (Watch Exclusive Interview)

Following its entry into India’s real estate sector, Forbes Global Properties is set to present its upcoming premium residential project, Fab Luxe, in Greater Noida to potential investors from Punjab, Haryana, and Chandigarh.
The investor conference will be held at Hotel Ramada Plaza, Chandigarh–Zirakpur, on April 11, 2026.
Mr. Harjit Singh Sabharwal, promoter of Forbes’ Fab Luxe, outlined the vision behind the project, stating that the globally established brand is entering the Indian market with a development designed to set new benchmarks in luxury living. He emphasised that the project stands out in terms of health, hygiene, and overall comfort.
“Forbes is a name that needs no introduction. We are proud to bring this project to India. It is a thoughtfully planned development aimed at redefining modern living standards,” he said.
Announcing the regional outreach, Sabharwal confirmed that the project will be showcased to investors and homebuyers on April 11 at Ramada Plaza, Chandigarh, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Highlighting the project’s unique features, he pointed out that essentials such as clean air and safe drinking water have increasingly become luxuries in cities like Delhi.
“While we are not claiming to achieve perfect AQI levels, we have integrated systems to manage both indoor and outdoor air quality. Water quality is another major concern today, with TDS levels often ranging between 700 and 1000. Our project incorporates advanced water softening systems to ensure safe water, even at the tap—placing residents’ health at the forefront,” he added.
The development will comprise 11 towers, each rising 34–35 floors, with ample parking facilities, extensive green landscaping to enhance oxygen levels, and a wide range of sports and recreational amenities.
Sabharwal further noted that special attention has been given to senior citizens through dedicated programs aimed at fostering an inclusive community environment.
Another key advantage of the project is its strong connectivity, with access to three nearby airports, making it an attractive option for both end-users and investors.
Positioning Fab Luxe as more than just a housing project, Sabharwal said the focus is on creating a healthier, smarter, and more sustainable lifestyle—redefining the concept of luxury in modern Indian real estate.
