  Fatehgarh Sahib, April 15, 2026: A bus carrying 35 to 40 pilgrims overturned at village Main Majri near Bassi Pathana on Chunni-Morinda road in which 6 pilgrims died on the spot and many other were injured majority of them seriously.
  
  According to reports incident occurred late night. Pilgrims were returning from Sri Anandpur Sahib. Injured have been admitted in Morinda and Bassi Pathana hospital and seriously injured have been referred to PGI Chandigarh.
