Senior PCS officer Sakatar Singh Bal has officially taken charge as the Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) in Kapurthala. Known for his extensive administrative experience and dedication to public service, Mr. Bal's appointment marks another milestone in his illustrious career.
Prior to this role, Mr. Bal served in the Chief Election Office (CEC) of Punjab, where he contributed significantly to the smooth functioning of electoral processes in the state. Over the years, he has held various important positions within the Punjab government, including Additional State Transport Commissioner and Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM).
