“I stand firmly with AAP”: Chetan Singh Jouramajra dismisses exit rumours

Chandigarh, May 17, 2026: Former Punjab minister and MLA Chetan Singh Jouramajra has dismissed speculation about leaving the Aam Aadmi Party, saying he remains fully committed to the party and its ideology.
In a statement issued amid growing political rumours, Jouramajra clarified that he continues to stand firmly with the Aam Aadmi Party and has no intention of quitting the organisation.
“I, Chetan Singh Jouramajra, still stand firmly with the Aam Aadmi Party and will always remain loyal to the party. Be careful of the rumours being spread by some people,” he said.
The former minister added that his focus remains on public service and the party’s vision. He also thanked supporters for their continued trust and encouragement.
“My faith is only in the service of the people and the thinking of the party. Your love and support is my strength,” Jouramajra stated.
