Gurdwara Committees strengthening Sikh unity, inspiring youth through Seva: Harmeet Singh Kalka

New Delhi, May 28, 2026:Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) President Harmeet Singh Kalka said that gurdwara management committees are playing a vital role in serving the sangat, promoting Gurbani and strengthening Panthic unity.
He expressed these views while honouring the management committee of Gurdwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha during a function held in Subhash Nagar.
Kalka appreciated the contributions of DSGMC members Inderpreet Singh Monty Kochhar and Jaspreet Singh Vicky Mann for their efforts towards community service and religious activities.
He praised the committee for preserving Gurmat traditions, efficiently organising religious programmes and motivating the younger generation to remain connected with Gursikhi values.
Harmeet Singh Kalka said such committees strengthen the spirit of seva and unity within the Sikh community while ensuring that Sikh religious and cultural traditions continue to flourish among the youth.
