New Delhi, July 20, 2026: CJP leader Saurav Das on Sunday claimed that he, along with Ashutosh Ranka, met Union Minister J.P. Nadda at his residence to press for the immediate resignation or removal of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
In a post on X, Das said the meeting had been ongoing since noon and that the delegation conveyed its demands directly to Nadda. According to the post, Nadda assured them that the matter would be discussed at the "appropriate level."
However, Das stated that no commitment had been made by the BJP leadership regarding the demand. He added that the protesters would continue their peaceful protest until their demand is met.
The post comes amid ongoing criticism and protests over issues related to the education sector. There was no immediate official statement from the BJP or Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan in response to the claims made in the social media post.
