KBC distributes sports equipment to encourage young athletes
Ferozepur, August 31, 2026: Krishna Basketball Club (KBC) organised a sports promotion event at Shaheed Bhagat Singh Stadium, Ferozepur, on Sunday, during which boxing gloves, T-shirts and other sports accessories were distributed among young and upcoming players.
Shailender Singh Laroia, Founder of Ferozepur Foundation, attended the event as the chief guest and encouraged the young athletes to work hard, remain dedicated and strive for excellence at the national and international levels.
Krishna Basketball Club expressed its gratitude to Anil Arora, Businessman for his valuable support and for providing boxing gloves to aspiring young boxers.
Among those present on the occasion were Parminder, President of the District Boxing Association; Sunil Kumar, Deputy Director Sports (Retd.); Rajbir Singh, Superintendent, Northern Railway; along with Manoj Gupta, Amrik Singh and other KBC officials.
The organisers extended their best wishes to the young athletes and expressed hope that with dedication, discipline and proper encouragement, they would continue to excel and bring laurels to Ferozepur at national and international sporting events.
