  Jalandhar, July 13, 2024: AAP's Mohinder Bhagat continues to lead with 23,240 votes in the eighth round. So far, the AAP candidate has won 34,709 votes.
  
  Counting of votes begins for Jalandhar West Assembly seat today at 8.00 AM.Though 15 candidates are in fray in this election but main contest is between ruling Aam Admi Party (AAP), Congress, and BJP.
  
  AAP has fielded Mohinder Bhagat, Surinder Kaur is Congress candidate whereas BJP has fielded Sheetal Angural.
