  New Delhi, March 14, 2026: Centre Government has admitted that due to panic buying daily LPG bookings has jumped to 75 Lakh daily. Earlier this figure was 55 Lakh daily.
  
  Petroleum Ministry Joint Secretary Sujata Sharma has given this figure. She said that daily 50 lakh cylinders are being delivered. Centre has urged people to used Piped Natural Gas (PNG) wherever available.
  
  Meanwhile a 66 year old man died due to cardiac arrest while standing in queue for taking cylinder. Incident occurred at Shehna town.
