  ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਜਵਾਨਾਂ, ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮਿਹਨਤਕਸ਼ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਆਪ-ਦਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਭ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਾਚਾਰ, ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਪਰਾਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਡੋਬ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਰਿਮੋਟ ਕੰਟਰੋਲ ਵਾਲੀ ਇਸ ਆਪ-ਦਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਗਾਇਬ ਹੈ।
