Dr. Maskeen Kaur Kullar, MBBS, serving as Medical Officer at the Ayushman Arogya Kendra, Chak Attar Singh Wala, is playing a significant role in strengthening primary healthcare services and ensuring quality medical care for residents in the rural areas of Bathinda district.
Dr. Kullar completed her MBBS from Government Medical College, Amritsar, one of Punjab’s premier medical institutions. A bright and dedicated student since her school days, she pursued her schooling at St. Xavier’s School, Bathinda, where she emerged as the district topper, reflecting her academic excellence and commitment to achieving high standards.
Speaking about the functioning of the Ayushman Arogya Kendra, Dr. Kullar stated that the centre has been successfully providing accessible and affordable healthcare services to the local population.
She informed that the Kendra witnesses a daily footfall of approximately 90 to 100 patients, highlighting the trust reposed by the community in the healthcare services being delivered.
She further emphasized that the centre offers a wide range of healthcare facilities, including outpatient consultations, preventive healthcare services, maternal and child healthcare, health awareness activities, and essential diagnostic services.
