Chandigarh, October 27, 2026: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Dinesh Chadha has challenged senior Shiromani Akali Dal leader Bikram Singh Majithia to prove his allegation that Chadha owns assets worth ₹2,000 crore.
Reacting to a social media post by Majithia, Chadha termed the allegation baseless and false. He said he would donate all his assets to Majithia if any worth ₹2,000 crore, ₹1,000 crore or even ₹100 crore were found.
Taking a further swipe at the SAD leader, Chadha said Majithia could use the help of central agencies, referring to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), an ally of the Akali Dal, to find such assets.
The AAP MLA’s remarks came in response to Majithia’s claim about his alleged wealth, escalating the verbal exchange between the two leaders.
