Jakhar writes to ECI on FIR against Ajit Managing Editor Dr. Barjinder Singh Hamdard by Punjab Vigilance

Chandigarh, May 22, 2024: Punjab BJP President Sunil Jakhar has written to the Election Commission of India (ECI) regarding an FIR against Ajit Managing Editor Dr. Barjinder Singh Hamdard.
"Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann may have forgotten that daily Ajit Group Chief Editor Dr. Barjinder Singh sympathizers who did not bow down even during the dark period of terrorism, how can they bow down to you? Bhagwant Mann should understand that Dr. Barjinder Singh Hamdard is not like those Congress leaders whom you will intimidate by suppressing. The entire BJP is and will continue to stand with Dr. Barjinder Singh Hamdard, Adara Ajit, and the freedom of the press," wrote Sunil Jakhar condemning Bhagwant Mann Govt.
