Bequest Gratitude NGO organizes ‘Yoga for Health’ drive in Jagatpura, promotes self-care and clean living

Jagatpura, February 23, 2026: Bequest Gratitude NGO successfully organized a community-based “Yoga for Health” program in the Jagatpura area on Monday, aiming to spread awareness about health, hygiene, and self-care within the community.
The event commenced at 11:00 AM and witnessed enthusiastic participation from a large number of local residents. The yoga session was led by renowned instructor Rupinder Kaur, who guided participants through various yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation techniques.
She also explained the physical and mental benefits of regular yoga practice, emphasizing its role in improving flexibility, immunity, and mental well-being.
As part of the awareness initiative, health and hygiene kits were distributed among attendees to encourage cleanliness and disease prevention.
Addressing the gathering, Founder Pratibha Bhargav highlighted the importance of self-love and holistic wellness.
She stated that yoga not only strengthens the body but also fosters self-confidence, mental peace, and positive thinking. “Loving oneself is the first step towards living a healthy and balanced life,” she said.
Gratitude Catalyst Neepali Thakur also spoke on the occasion, stressing the need for proper plastic waste disposal and urging residents to reduce the use of single-use plastic. She encouraged the community to take responsibility for environmental protection and adopt sustainable practices.
