IAS Rakhee Gupta Bhandari bereaved, Mother Meena Gupta passes away; Last rites on April 12

Chandigarh, April 11, 2026: Senior IAS officer Rakhee Gupta Bhandari is bereaved as her mother, Meena Gupta, passed away on April 10.
She was the wife of the late Dr. V.K. Gupta (IRS, Retired) and the mother-in-law of senior IAS officer Rahul Bhandari.
Born on August 2, 1947, Mrs. Meena Gupta lived a life marked by simplicity, warmth, and strong values. Her passing has left her family, relatives, and acquaintances deeply saddened.
The last rites will be performed on April 12, 2026 (Sunday) at 3:30 PM at Kharkhari Cremation Ground, Ganga Ghat, Haridwar.
