SAS Nagar (Punjab), May 8, 2026: Keeping in view the emotional well-being of students during the board examination result period, the Punjab School Education Board (PSEB), under the guidance of the Chairman, has launched a dedicated toll-free helpline number to provide counseling and psychological support to students and parents.
As the results of Class 10 are scheduled to be declared on 11th May, 2026 and Class 12 on 13th May, 2026, the Board has taken this significant initiative to help students manage examination-related stress, anxiety, fear and emotional concerns.
A trained team of counselors and psychologists from Care North will be available through the helpline to provide guidance, emotional support, motivation, and counseling services to students and parents during this crucial time.
Students and parents may contact the toll-free helpline number “MAN DI SANJH” 9549161161 between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM for support and counseling. The helpline services will remain operational till 31st May, 2026.
The Chairman, Punjab School Education Board, stated that the Board is committed not only to academic excellence but also to the mental and emotional well-being of students. Students are encouraged to seek support whenever needed and to approach results with confidence and positivity.
The toll-free helpline service will ensure timely assistance and support to students across the state during the result period.
