Kejriwal, Dimple Yadav and Rakesh Tikait among many who extend support to Sonam Wangchuk for July 20 protest

New Delhi, July 16, 2026: AAP National Convener Arvind Kejriwal, SP leader, MP and wife of Akhilesh Yadav and Farmer leader Rakesh Tikait were among many leaders who met Sonam Wangchuk who is on hunger strike at Jantar Mantar and extended their support for his agitation and July 20 protest outside Parliament.
Arvind Kejriwal was accompanied by MP Sanjay Singh, former Delhi Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj amongst others whereas Dimple Yadav was accompanied by party MP Dharmendra Yadav, Mohibbullah Nadvi and Lakshikant Nishad besides others. Farmer leader Rakesh Tikait also met him separately.
They pledged their support to wangchuk and assured that they will be present on July 20 protest outside Parliament.
