  Chandigarh, September 29, 2026: Former Punjab Police constable Balwant Singh Rajoana was brought to the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh, on Tuesday for an eye examination.
  
  Rajoana was brought to the institute under police security, according to the information available.
  
  He was taken to PGIMER specifically for medical tests related to his eyes. Further details about his medical examination were not immediately available.
