Aardhya Wadhwa shines in SBSSU Intra-University Table Tennis competition
Ferozepur, September 15, 2026: Exciting table tennis matches were held at Shaheed Bhagat Singh State University (SBSSU), Ferozepur, as part of the Annual Intra-Year University Sports Competition 2026, said PRO, Dr. Gazalpreet Arneja.
Congratulating the winning players and wishing them success in their future sporting endeavours, Vice Chancellor Dr. Suresh Kumar Sharma and Registrar Dr. Rajiv Arora said that such sporting activities help enhance mental agility, concentration and overall development among students. Sports President Dr. Arun Kumar Asati also encouraged and motivated the participating players.
The event was organised smoothly under the supervision of Sports Incharge (Girls) Navdeep Kaur Jhajj and Sports Incharge (Boys) Talwinder Singh. Event Incharge Dr. Vikram Mutneja and Co-Incharge Maninder coordinated the competition with dedication.
The results of the table tennis competition were as follows: Aardhya Wadhwa, B.Tech CSE, 1st Semester, secured the first position, Gagandeep Kaur, B.Tech CSE, 5th Semester, secured the second position, while Chandan Verma, B.Tech CSE, 5th Semester, secured the third position.
