Breaking: President accepts Ravneet Singh's resignation from Union Cabinet

New Delhi, July 24, 2026: President Droupadi Murmu has accepted the resignation of Ravneet Singh from the Union Council of Ministers with immediate effect.
According to an official statement, the resignation was accepted by the President on the advice of the Prime Minister under Article 75(2) of the Constitution of India.
With the acceptance of his resignation, Ravneet Singh ceases to be a member of the Union Council of Ministers with immediate effect.
