Dr Trust donates medical devices to PGI
Chandigarh, May 25, 2021:
As the country is grappling with a shortage of monitoring medical devices in the country, Nureca Limited, owner of the leading healthcare and wellness brand Dr Trust, on Tuesday donated 70 pulse oximeters, 70 infrared thermometers and 70 Digital Blood Pressure Monitors to PGIMER, Chandigarh.
Saurabh Goyal, Managing Director of Nureca handed over the products to Prof. Jagat Ram, Director of PGIMER.
Goyal said, “Dr Trust Devices are CE and FDA approved and promise the highest levels of accuracy. We know that at the PGI, our products will be helpful in monitoring thousands of patients every day and providing high quality care during these difficult times.”
Prof Dr Jagat Ram Director PGIMER, added, “PGI is glad to receive this gesture from Nureca as there has been an increase in requirements of these devices during COVID, and there is an overall shortage for quality medical devices in India”.
