Channi supporters start gathering in Morinda, demand Channi to be made PPCC President

Morinda/Chandigarh, July 3, 2026: Former Chief Minister and MP Charanjit Singh Channi’s supporters have start gathering here and are demanding Channi to be made PPCC President. Former MLA Darshan Singh Brar reached at the residence of Channi here and talking to media said that in 2027 elections in Punjab Congress can win only if Channi is made President. He said that public is making this demand. Former MLA Lakhvir Singh Lakha slso reached his residence.
Many other Congress leaders including former Deputy CM OP Soni, Tripat Rajinder Singh Bajwa, Davinder Singh Gubaya, Harminder Gill, Bharat Bhushan Ashu, Gurkirat Kotli, Madan Lal Jalalpur, Mohd. Sadiq have also joined this meeting.
