AAP MLAs, Constituency incharges take ‘Mann De Munaffe’ door-to-door across Punjab

Chandigarh, September 26, 2026: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLAs and constituency incharges on Saturday took the party’s ‘Mann De Munaffe’ campaign door-to-door across Punjab, highlighting what they described as the Bhagwant Mann government’s four-and-a-half-year record and the financial benefits of its welfare schemes.
The campaign was conducted in villages and urban wards across several constituencies, where party leaders presented the government’s ‘Guarantee Plus’ report card and spoke to residents about schemes including free electricity, Aam Aadmi Clinics, education initiatives and the Maavan-Dheeyan Satkar Yojana.
Cabinet Minister Lal Chand Kataruchak, who participated in the campaign in Bahadurpur village of the Bhoa constituency, said the outreach was aimed at explaining the impact of government schemes on household budgets. He claimed that the combined benefits of various schemes provide families with annual financial relief worth lakhs of rupees.
In Phagwara’s Ward 8, AAP MP Dr Raj Kumar Chabbewal led the campaign and said the initiative had received a positive response in urban and rural areas. He highlighted the government’s work in healthcare and education.
Ferozepur Rural MLA Rajnish Dahiya and Gill MLA Jeevan Singh Sangowal also participated in the door-to-door outreach in their respective constituencies and highlighted free electricity and other welfare schemes.
In Guru Har Sahai, MLA Fauja Singh Sarari described ‘Mann De Munaffe’ as an account of the changes brought about by the government over the past four-and-a-half years. MLA Balkar Singh conducted the campaign in Parha village of Kartarpur, while MLA Kuljit Singh Randhawa interacted with residents in Jeoli village of Dera Bassi.
Constituency in-charge Jaspreet Singh Robby Kang led the outreach in Rasulpur village of Nawanshahr and said the public response reflected support for the Mann government’s work. Constituency in-charge Ranjodh Singh Hadana conducted the campaign in Masigan village of Sanaur.
In Faridkot’s Machaki Kalan village, MLA Gurdit Singh Sekhon also participated in the campaign and claimed that the response showed support for the Mann government ahead of the 2027 Punjab Assembly elections.
AAP leaders said the ‘Mann De Munaffe’ campaign would continue across Punjab, with party workers taking the government’s report card and details of its welfare schemes directly to households.
