Sangrur, April 10 :The Congress Party candidate from Sangrur Lok Sabha Seat Vijay Inder Singla, who enjoys support of the Peoples Party of Punjab (PPP) and the Shiromani Akali Dal (Longowal) , today fired a fresh solvo against his arch rival SAD-BJP alliance accusing it using the money earned by it through the means of the corruption in the state to purchase the votes and hope that the vigilant people will not walk into the trap of Akali\'s and gives them a befitting reply on the coming April 30 by giving clean mandate against them. He made these observation while addressing a series of his poll related meetings in the villages of Dirbha assembly segment and opening election office\'s at Cheema and Longowal besides he also addressed public at Sunam. While addressing these poll related meetings in the area\'s Congress Party Candidate Vijay Inder Singla making a scathing attack over his arch rival of Akali Dal saying that Dhindsa family has not been able to use their position in the party orSAD-BJP government to bring any development projects to the area and their only contribution has been to empty the coffer, increase the debt of the state, support all type of mafia includes land mafia and drug mafia, and put road blocks in the central projects. Singla further said that where ever I have gone in the area the people told me that they are being threatened by the Akali government with the help of the police and with the tax evasion cases besides the blackmail and the harassment has also become a routine affair in Punjab. He exhorted the people especially the young generation to respond to this \" Fear Culture \" which has been perpetuated by the Akali\'s by voting against them and vote for development and the progress which he has been doing ever since he became an MP in 2009. He remarked that Akali-BJP alliance has become an epitome of the corruption and it is this money earned through illegal means which is being pushed during these elections for buying voters on a large scale by the Akali-Bjp alliance but he is confident that such type of evil designs will not yield fruit and the vigilant and visionary voters will not fall into this Akali trap. Singla also added that the Akali-BJP government is not concerned about the loss of human lives due to the accidents happening everyday on the highways on account of drunken driving and revenue from \"Thekas\" is the only philosophy which Akalis know and care about. He said that because of drug addiction it is the woman in the family who have to bravely face the problems of unemployment, broken homes etc. He reiterated that as he has been fighting for this cause whole heartedly and supporting the Panchayat resolutions in Sangrur area by giving developmental grants to such village Panchayat\'s, who have voted against the setting up of the liquor vends in their respective villages. He said that he has taken many steps for the proper development of Sangrur area known as the most backward one alleging that in the past no member of the Parliament concerning the Akali Dal had not taken any interest on the development front and because of their such attitude the poor people have to pay a very heavy price for this by lagging behind on the developmental front. He counted that keeping in view the difficulties being faced by the people of the area he worked hard and brought an PGI type general hospital for Sangrur on which the work is going to be start soon. He added that besides he prefer to give jim kits to the sports club\'s in the area with an aim to help out our younger generation to fight out the drug menace. He urged the people to give him another chance to serve them as he is committed to give a face change through all out development to this backward area.
