  Chandigarh, October 10, 2025: Lawyers for Human Rights International Lawyer Advocate Navkiran Singh has filed a petition in Himachal Pradesh High Court regarding death case of Rajvir Jawanda in road accident involving stray animals. Advocate Navkiran Singh disclosed that Himachal government has collected Rs. 100 crores during last year from cow cess. He said that government collects Rs. 10 on each bottle of liqour. Matter is listed now for hearing in the court today.
