  Lahaul-Spiti (Himachal Pradesh),April 28, 2026: The proposed visit of the President of India to the Atal Tunnel on April 29, 2026, has been cancelled due to inclement weather conditions, officials confirmed.
  
  The decision was taken keeping in view safety concerns and unfavourable weather in the region. Further details regarding a rescheduled visit are awaited.
