  Chandigarh, August 22, 2026: Dr. Gurpreet Kaur wife of Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has issued a legal notice to Justice (Retd.) Ranjit Singh over his allegations of kickback of Rs. 5 crore allegedly demanded by her.
  
  In her legal notice She has asked Justice (Retd.) Ranjit Singh to apologize in 24 hours for levelling false and baseless allegations or face defamation case.
  
  It is worth mentioning here that Justice (Retd.) is Brother in law of Congress leader Sukhpal Khaira.
