Nepal Floods: Raja Warring calls for urgent help, says situation ‘Very Bad’

Chandigarh, August 29, 2026: Punjab Congress President and MP Amarinder Singh Raja Warring expressed concern over the devastating floods in Nepal, describing the situation as heartbreaking and urging the government and organisations to come forward to help those affected.
Speaking about the flood situation, Warring said the visuals emerging from Nepal were “heartbreaking” and that he had never witnessed such a tragedy in his life.
“The situation is very bad, and I believe we should all come together to help,” Warring said.
He also expressed concern over reports of Indians missing amid the disaster and appealed to the government and organisations to step forward and extend assistance to those affected by the floods.
Warring’s remarks came amid the worsening flood situation in Nepal, with concerns mounting over the safety of people caught in the disaster.
