Sunam (Punjab), September 13, 2026: Punjab Cabinet Minister Aman Arora has appealed to employees staging a protest outside his residence in Sunam to resolve their grievances through dialogue.
Arora said staging a protest was a democratic right and that he fully respected the employees’ decision to exercise that right.
“Employees have always been a part of our family and will always remain so,” Arora said, adding that the doors of his residence were always open to those who wanted to discuss their concerns with him.
He said listening to employees’ grievances was his responsibility and making sincere efforts to find solutions to their problems was his duty.
Arora said that while the democratic right to protest must be respected, the channel for dialogue should also remain open.
“Let us sit together, understand each other’s concerns and move forward towards resolving the issue through mutual agreement and dialogue,” he said.
