  Chandigarh, September 18, 2026: The Punjab and Haryana High Court has dismissed the anticipatory bail applications filed by Sukhdev Singh Bhullar, father of Punjab Cabinet Minister Laljit Singh Bhullar, and Dilbagh Singh, the minister’s personal assistant (PA).
  
  The two had approached the High Court seeking protection from arrest in a case registered against them.
  
  The court, however, rejected both anticipatory bail pleas on Friday. Further details of the court order and the allegations in the case are awaited.
