Lamrin Tech Skills University Punjab holds blood donation camp at mark Shaheed Bhagat Singh’s birth anniversary

Nawanshahr (Punjab), September 28, 2026: The Rotaract Club of the University School of Engineering and Technology (USET), Lamrin Tech Skills University Punjab (LTSU), organised a blood donation camp to commemorate the birth anniversary of Shaheed Bhagat Singh.
The camp was organised in collaboration with the Rotary and Blood Bank Society Resource Centre, Sector 37, Chandigarh. A total of 110 units of blood were collected during the camp.
Dr R.S. Parmar, Chief Guest, highlighted the importance of blood donation and appreciated the initiative.
Chetan Aggarwal, Guest of Honour, also attended the event and appreciated the efforts of the Rotaract Club in organising the camp.
Addressing the gathering, Dr A.S. Chawla, Vice Chancellor, LTSU Punjab, appreciated the organisers, volunteers, students and supporting organisations for their contribution to the successful conduct of the camp.
Dr B.S. Satyal, Pro Vice Chancellor; Dr H.P.S. Dhami, Executive Dean, USET; Dr V.K. Saini, Deputy Dean, USET; and Meenakshi Sharma were also present. The camp was coordinated by Dr Sarabpreet Kaur, Professor, and Shubham Sharma.
The donors, volunteers and members of the medical team were appreciated for their contribution and presented tokens of appreciation.
