Breaking: No relief for Rajbir Ghuman as single bench refers case to Chief Justice

Chandigarh, October 9, 2026: Punjab Chief Minister’s Officer on Special Duty (OSD) Rajbir Ghuman has not received any relief from the Punjab and Haryana High Court in his challenge to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) proceedings.
The single bench has referred the case back to the Chief Justice for further consideration.
Ghuman had approached the High Court challenging the CBI action against him.
