  Chandigarh, October 9, 2026: The Punjab and Haryana High Court has directed that all four applications in the contempt of court proceedings concerning dearness allowance (DA) for employees be placed before the Division Bench designated to hear criminal contempt cases.
  
  The applications will be heard together in accordance with the court’s roster.
  
  The next hearing in the matter is scheduled for Monday, October 12.
