CSS Forum delegation meets Cabinet Secretary to discuss key CSS issues

New Delhi, October 27, 2026: A Central Secretariat Service (CSS) Forum delegation met the Cabinet Secretary on 26 October 2026 at Seva Teerth to discuss key CSS issues, including the 4th Cadre Review, stagnation and promotion anomalies, entry-level recruitment policy, encadrement of eligible posts, deputation opportunities, and e-HRMS reforms.
The delegation sincerely thanked the Cabinet Secretary for his valuable time, guidance, and encouragement.
Appreciating the capabilities of CSS officers, he emphasised the need to shift from problem identification to solution-oriented governance, urging officers to facilitate decision-making, uphold public interest, and ensure effective policy implementation.
