AAP’s Ink Attack Exposes Their Gangster Politics, BJP Workers Will Never Bow Before Threats and Hooliganism- Sukhminderpal Singh Grewal
Ludhiana, 12 May 2026: Senior BJP leader Advocate Sukhminderpal Singh Grewal strongly and unequivocally condemned the disgraceful ink attack carried out by close associates of Aam Aadmi Party Ludhiana South Assembly constituency MLA Shrimati Rajinderpal Kaur Chhina.
While talking to media persons at Giaspura in the Ludhiana South Assembly constituency, Grewal said that AAP worker Sumeet Lohara and Ludhiana South MLA’s media in-charge Vishal Goglia shamelessly threw ink at senior BJP Punjab leaders Shri Anil Sarin, Shri Gurdev Sharma Debi, Shri Jatinder Mittal, Sardar Gurdeep Singh “Neetu” and other BJP workers during a peaceful democratic protest in Ludhiana.
He said that this shameful incident has completely exposed the real face of AAP Punjab before the people of Punjab. Grewal stated that when a political party loses public support, it starts depending upon hooliganism, threats, intimidation and street-level gangster tactics to suppress the voice of the opposition.
Grewal further said that Rajinderpal Kaur Chhina cannot escape responsibility for the criminal actions of her close associates. He said that such cowardly political violence is a direct attack on democracy and democratic values.
Grewal said that BJP workers will never be silenced by fear, threats or cheap political gimmicks. He warned that every person involved in this disgraceful act must face the strictest possible legal consequences under the law.
He further appreciated his entire “Grewal Team”, especially his team head Mandeep Singh Duggal and his whole team, for quickly identifying the culprits and immediately bringing the matter to his notice so that strict action could be initiated without delay.
Grewal also sincerely thanked Punjab Police, especially IPS officer Shri Swapan Sharma, Commissionerate Police Ludhiana, for taking prompt action and arresting the accused persons.
Grewal finally said that the people of Punjab are now watching everything carefully and the time is not far when the public will give a strong democratic answer to such arrogant, violent and anti-democratic politics.
