  Chandigarh, August 3, 2026: On the first day of the Punjab Vidhan Sabha’s Monsoon Session, Congress MLAs wore black scarves to protest the alleged paper leak and demanded the resignation of Punjab Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains.
  
  The Congress legislators raised the issue inside the Assembly, holding the Education Minister accountable over the controversy.
  
  Congress MLAs gathered in well of the House in Punjab Vidhan Sabha raising slogans against AAP Govt over paper leaks and demanding resignation of Punjab Health Minister Dr Balbir Singh and Education Minister Harjot Bains.
