Digital Locker facility launched at Beas Railway Station
Ferozepur, September 4: The Ferozepur Division of Northern Railway has introduced a digital locker facility at Beas Railway Station to provide passengers with safe, convenient and modern amenities.
The facility will enable passengers to securely store their bags and other belongings in digital lockers, relieving them of the inconvenience of carrying their luggage around while waiting for trains or when they need to leave the station for a short period.
Under the facility, passengers can book a locker for a specified duration according to their requirement, with charges applicable based on the period of use.
To use the facility, passengers will have to enter their mobile number on the locker panel and receive an OTP. They can then select a locker, scan the QR code and make the payment online.
The launch of the digital locker facility at Beas Railway Station is expected to enhance passenger convenience and provide a secure and modern option for keeping luggage while using station facilities.
